Commitment to
Dignity

Whether a member chooses to serve as a chapter officer, or represent AOII as a member of other campus or community organizations, there are numerous opportunities to develop leadership skills as a member of AOII.

Commitment to
Scholarship

AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.

Commitment to
College Loyalty

From collegiate years on through alumnae involvement, the reason AOIIs continue service is the joy of spending time together and sharing the insights learned from the relationships we build and sustain.

Letter from the President

Alpha Omicron Pi is more than a sorority, more than a set of letters to wear across your chest on campus, more than a lounge and a floor. AOII means a group of fifty plus women who are empowering, loyal, smart and confident. It means having a home to come to when yours just doesn’t feel like it anymore. It means having someone to stay up with until 3 AM studying for your first nursing exam, your biggest fans in the audience at your Main Stage debut, your second family. It’s leadership opportunities, it’s 50 closets to borrow from when you just have nothing to wear, it’s excitement and ambition and confidence. AOII has given me more than I could have ever wished for, and that’s saying a lot from a girl who swore she would never go through sorority recruitment. AOII is inspiring, and something so special, and something so worth sharing.
